Property Phase will invest in landlord friendly states whose real estate opportunities generate strong cash flow. The areas must bein or within 10 miles from places of high job and population growth. Our niche is middle income housing where the majority of the population is of the working class. The areas must be in the vicinity of transportation, military bases, colleges and hospitals. We prefer developing areas that are targets for urban renewal where there may be capital appreciation. All will be areas that Property Phase has visited and will continue to visit to ensure that our investments are secure.
