As the CEO of the company I have 14 years experience as a real estate
investor; being a landlord and lienlord. I have 9 certificates in real estate from Housing Preservation and Development and Neighborhood Housing Services. I have also taken courses at NYU, Baruch College, and Ivy Real Estate School. The courses and certificates covered topics on maintenance, buildng finance, senior housing, and managing tenants. I was once USPAP certified as a real estate appraiser from NYU and owned my own website called Http://www.newurbanlandlord.com where I advise other landlords. I have also coached many first time homeowners and landlords on the home buying process and managing their buildings. I pride myself on keeping up my education and expanding my networking circle by attending NYREIA, Richdadnyc, real estate meetup groups, real estate expos and symposiums. In addition, I am also resourceful, problem solver, have good credit history and strong equity. Our team of accountants, wholesalers, and realtors are all real estate investors with a combined experience of 20 years.
