About Us

The company was founded on the idea of helping to improve neighborhoods that are targeted to be redeveloped.  It also aims to provide affordable housing to the working and middle class who want to live close to their jobs. 

As the CEO of the company I have 17 years experience as a real estate

investor; being a landlord and lienlord.   I have 9 certificates in real estate from Housing Preservation and Development and Neighborhood Housing Services. I have also taken courses at NYU, Baruch College, and Ivy Real Estate School.  The courses and certificates covered topics on maintenance, buildng finance, senior housing, and managing tenants.  I was once USPAP certified as a real estate appraiser from NYU and owned my own website called Http://www.newurbanlandlord.com where I advise other landlords. I have also coached many first time homeowners and landlords on the home buying process and managing their buildings.  I pride myself on keeping up my education and expanding my networking circle by attending NYREIA, Richdadnyc, real estate meetup groups, real estate expos and symposiums.  Our team of accountants, wholesalers, and realtors are all real estate investors with a combined experience of 30 years.
